Prospective Conference / workshop organizers & Editors are invited to submit proposal with details of :
• Proposal should be submitted before at least 12 weeks from the publication date
• Title of the Conference / workshop / Book
• Organizers(s): Name, affiliation, address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail
• Brief description of the Conference/workshop (several hundred words)
• Expected number of papers to be submitted and acceptance ratio
• Call for paper of the conference workshop (draft version - 1 page CFP MS Word version)
• Tentative list of program committee members (Name, affiliation, country, email address)
• Your Conference / workshop web address (Tentative)

After proposal acceptance, the conference organizers or editors are requested to provide the manuscripts to PBS with review comments and the list of reviewers as well as the plagiarism report using updated software. The manuscripts must be categorized according to the topics addressed by them. Editorial review and Peer review are mandatory for paper acceptances.

Paper Submission
Conference organizers or editors are invited to submit papers for this Journal.
Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this Journal. For paper format, download the template in this page Manuscript Template (click here).

Review process
Submissions are accepted for review with the understanding that the same work has been neither submitted to, nor published in, another publication. Simultaneous submission to other publications will result in immediate rejection of the paper. Papers are not within the journal scope will be rejected immediately after the pre review process.
All manuscripts will be subject to a well established, fair, unbiased peer review and refereeing procedure, and are considered on the basis of their significance, novelty and usefulness to the Journals readership. The reviewing structure will always ensure the anonymity of the referees & it will be reviewed by 3 experts in the field. The review output will be one of the following decisions :
1. Accept
2. Accept with minor changes
3. Weak Accept with major changes
4. Reject

Manuscript Length & Processing
Authors are invited to submit their papers in english or in french respecting the the following template « Download Template » within the plagiarism report. Paper should be original, never been submit before in any other journal, paper lenght should have more than 6 pages and 2500 words. We expect to complete the review process within about 04 to 06 weeks. Authors will be intimated about the acceptance/rejection of the manuscript by the Editor-in-Chief. If the manuscript requires a revision, authors need to prepare a point-by-point response to the reviewers’ comments and identify these changes in the revised manuscript. Authors are given 03 – 04 weeks for submitting the revision.

Instructions for Authors
If the paper is written in french, author should add subtitle in english within an abstract in english, the rest of the paper could be in french respecting the standard template of the journal. While receiving revised papers it will take between 03 to 04 weeks to be published online in open access option.
